The Spring 2026 Cellar Club Selection:
2025 Rosa Dia
Always a classic from Jones von Drehle. Crafted in true Provence style, this Rosé shows crisp, fruity notes and a lovely pink shimmer in the glass. 100% Grenache. A Rosé for every season.
2023 Steel Chardonnay
A blend of our three French clones, this steel-fermented Chardonnay is an amazingly approachable white wine. Pear, apple, and hints of lemon lift from the glass, inviting a welcome sip, swish, and swallow—finishing with a brightness that beckons the next sip.
2023 Petit Manseng
The wine that put Jones von Drehle on the national awards map—from San Francisco to New York—we celebrate the depth this wine brings to every vintage. No exception in 2023. Glowing rich gold in the glass, with aromas of tropical paradise and flavors of citrus, pineapple, and smooth honey, ending in a crisp, refreshing twist. Complex and deeply pleasing.
2020 Cabernet Franc
Our signature and top-selling red. We all remember 2020—COVID, cicadas, monsoons, and winds that wouldn’t quit—but this grape took it all in stride. Beautiful color with light cherry and berry fruit, accented with notes of cedar. Always a winner.
2022 Tempranillo
Yes, we’re a French-style winery in North Carolina and this is a Spanish grape—but it loves our terroir. The result is stunning color and flavor. Versatile and food-friendly, pairing beautifully with everything from burgers and pizza to pulled pork and even eggplant parmesan.
2019 Petit Verdot
Rich, deep, dark, and mysterious. Perfect for sipping by the fire with a good book or alongside a grilled ribeye. Layers of dark dried cherry, blackberry, and hints of cigar tobacco unfold with every sip. Enjoy watching it evolve.
Optional Wines:
2024 Tryst & Twyne
Double Gold winner at one of the most prestigious wine competitions in the United States. A blend of three strong-willed grapes from southwest France, woven together into a silky tapestry of flavor and finish. A new release.
2023 Barrel Chardonnay
Produced only in odd years, this barrel-fermented and barrel-aged Chardonnay is carefully tended with regular stirring (the fancy French word is bâtonnage) to bring lees and yeast into suspension during aging. Silky and smooth, with subtle oak and our signature crisp fruit. Very limited production.
2019 Steel & Stone
Our premium blend of the vineyard’s finest reds: Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a hint of Merlot. Complex yet smooth, offering deep berry, fig, and blueberry notes with a backdrop of cedar from French oak aging.
2017 Cabernet Sauvignon
From the outstanding 2017 vintage, we produced a limited bottling, with the lion’s share going into Steel & Stone. The best lots were held back and aged further to develop the layered complexity expected of this wine. A favorite with grilled beef and game.
