We want every concert at The Stage @ Jones von Drehle to feel relaxed, safe, and enjoyable. A few simple guidelines help make that possible for everyone.
Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final. Refunds are only issued if the artist cancels the show prior to the scheduled concert date. Any cancellations will be posted on our website as soon as information becomes available.
Venue Guidelines
Our concerts are held outdoors, rain or shine. Please review the information below.
Gate Entry
- No re-entry is permitted once you enter the venue.
- Please have your ticket, valid photo ID, and personal items ready for screening at the gate.
- If you need to return an item to your vehicle before entry, you must go to the back of the line before your ticket is scanned.
- Unauthorized items cannot be held or returned once inside the gate.
- Guests attempting to bring prohibited items into the venue may be removed without refund.
Jones von Drehle is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property.
Parking
Parking is free for passenger cars, vans, pickup trucks, and motorcycles.
We are unable to accommodate campers, RVs, trailers, buses, or limousines on property.
We encourage carpooling or using local shuttle services. Visit our lodging & transportation page for local options.

- Credit card or cash for food and beverage purchases
- Cell phones
- Ponchos
- Clear stadium bags up to 12" x 6" x 12"
For faster entry, please bring only approved clear stadium bags.

Not Permitted
- Weapons of any kind
- Pets
- Illegal substances
- Cigarettes, vape pens, or tobacco products
- Professional cameras with removable lenses
- Recording devices, GoPros, drones, or related equipment
- Flash photography
- Laser pointers or fireworks
- Backpacks, purses, or bags other than approved clear stadium bags
- Outside food or beverages
- Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, or blankets
- Any item deemed a safety hazard or disruption to guests
Chairs are provided at the venue.
Additional Information
Service Animals: Service animals are permitted.
Weather: Concerts are held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or lightning, a show may be delayed or canceled, and ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible.
Trash: Trash bins are located throughout the venue grounds for your convenience. Thank you for helping keep our property clean.
