Does my online purchase count as my club shipment?
No, online orders are separate from the two required club shipments. Club allotments are charged automatically twice a year in spring and fall with your card on file; any outside purchases online or in the tasting room are in addition to your required two club shipments per year. You be will notified when those become available and will be able to customize your wine selections at those times.
I don't want white wines, I only drink red.
No problem, our wine club is customizable. Click here for instructions on how to change your wine selections. Don't see any wines listed? It may not be time for a club shipment.
Why do you need my card on file?
We charge your card on file each Spring and Fall for club shipments. Club shipments are automatic charges that continue each year until cancelled.
Does my purchase in your tasting room count as my first shipment?
No, it does not count as your first shipment; although, you will receive your benefits right away. Your first shipment will come according to the next scheduled club run after your sign-up date. For example, if you signed up in the months of Dec-June, your first shipment will be in the Fall or if you signed up in the months of July-Nov, your first shipment would be in the Spring.
Do you ship to all states?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship to NC, CA, FL, GA, MI, MO, OH, SC, TN, and VA. Please check back soon, we are working on adding many more states!
How do I cancel my membership?
Please contact us with any cancellation questions. Although membership is free, the obligation to the wine club is one year (two shipments) and there is a $150 cancellation fee if cancelled prior to purchasing two shipments.
