Our largest planting occupies the coolest section in the vineyard to accentuate flavor development. We blend five clones to craft a Merlot with fruit up-front, complemented with a light oak influence. Hints of cherry, plum and spice round out this wine with a lingering fruit finish. 

Try this Merlot with veal or boeuf bourguignon for an enjoyable pairing experience.
